Willing to work in an inspiring work environment within an international team and keen to learn about Service Delivery and Digital Interactions in the Buildings space
Location: Zug- Switzerland
Your new responsibilities
You support the development of our Digital Interaction products and enablers, e.g. customer portal, digital service logbook, etc
You assist the product management in collecting requirements, building and maintaining product relevant documentation and roadmaps
You support our project teams in their stakeholder management, administrative and strategic tasks
You support our project teams with product testing, organizing UATs and documenting
You support the planning and implementation of international workshops
You bring in your own ideas to build the "digital first" mindset in the organization
You adapt to a flexible working environment in which remote working and attendance days in Zug are part of the Siemens work culture
Your talents and experience
You are studying at least the fourth semester at a university or technical college in the field of Computer Science, information technology, software engineering, computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering
You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, independent work, the willingness to take on responsibility and strong analytical skills
Basic knowledge of agile methods, design thinking, project and change management
You love new (IT) technologies and have Data Analysis / Data Consolidation exposure
Additional software knowledge: HTML programming and Python basics
Very good MS Excel, Power BI (willing to learn) and Power Point skills
Excellent, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to communicate change
First work experience in a similar environment as an apprentice, intern or working student would be beneficial
Fluent in English
Start ideally in August 2024, for a period of 13 months
