Perform landscaping services, including planting and growing trees, cultivating, pruning, cutting, grading, mowing, weeding, irrigating and fertilizing. Possibly driving company vehicle to and from job sites. 40 hours per week. 8-hour workday 9am-5pm, M-F OT hours possible, OT varies. No minimum education required. No minimum experience is required. Able to drive; employer will give reasonable opportunity to obtain a driver\'s license. The employee will not supervise other workers.Travel will be required. Daily transportation provided by the employer to worksites Work will be performed in the following counties: York County, ME and Rockingham County (including Rye town, New Castle town, Newington, Portsmouth City, North Hampton, Hampton, and Dover City), NH. Wage: \$20.53/hr OT Wage: \$30.80/hr. Workers paid weekly. Cost of housing: \$150/month plus the cost of utilities which is around \$40/month. On the job training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment.
