奥的斯正在不断发展壮大,我们正在招聘一名服务销售代表,负责乌鲁木齐地区,并向销售经理汇报。

该职位主要通过三个方面来达成销售指标:维护现有产品订单、获取新的销售订单。

通常情况下,您需要:

  1. 制定拜访计划并按照计划定期对客户进行拜访。

  2. 执行公司制定并经批准的服务销售程序。

  3. 准备并执行公司统一制定的服务销售合同。

  4. 准备并执行公司制定的成本预算标准。

  5. 制定销售计划,并按计划定期与客户接触、谈判及合同的签订。

  6. 及时向客户收取应付款。

  7. 管理和联系重要客户。

  8. 完成相应的修理、改造销售业务。

  9. 定期维护服务销售平台系统中的相关数据。

  10. 学习、理解并遵守公司的商业道德规范。

  11. 学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故(伤害、疾病,险兆以及环境事故等)、危险状况以及紧急事件。在工作之前进行工作危险分析,并采取相应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动,并对自己的安全负责。

  12. 遵守卓越服务的政策和程序,履行卓越服务的客户承诺,制定卓越服务计划并实施,实现卓越服务目标。

职责与衡量标准:

  1. 报价量、转签率、重获率、丢失率、延误率、T/MOD订单、年度计划完成率、应收账款、客户满意度、销售收入。

  2. 履行政府及公司制定的法律及道德规范标准。

主要工作关系: (特指业务相关部门)

  1. 分公司服务部;

  2. 财务部

  3. 总部服务销售管理部

  4. 客户

成功的候选人需要具备:

  1. 学历:大专或以上学历

  2. 工作经验:至少一年以上销售或客户服务工作经历

  3. 语言能力:普通话,有一定的英语读写能力

  4. 计算机水平:能熟练操作OFFICE软件

  5. 其它主要资质:

适应性、分析性思考能力、判断力、商业道德规范、沟通能力、客户导向、结果导向、前瞻性、团队合作
