Overview

Responsible for conducting onsite inspections and evaluations. Expected to monitor and administer construction loan portfolio. Perform appraisal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections and evaluations, document files for the purpose of supplementing existing appraisals and independent evaluations on CRE loans, including classified loans.

• Monitor and administer construction loan portfolio.

• Monitor borrower’s required investment into the project, funds required to complete, and cost over runs.

• Review of outside inspections, lien waivers, and advances.

• Prepare monthly report on our Construction and Development Loans, indicating the current progress and noting any issues.

• Perform independent property appraisal reviews.

• Periodically report on Market conditions and notable trends.

• Provide support as needed for our lending staff on new CRE loan requests.

• Assist in management of our overall CRE portfolio.

• Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements; ensure that the unit and all personnel adhere to the same.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; specialized commercial lending education and training.

• A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in related positions normally required.

• Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills

• A thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all financial services provided by the Company

• A working knowledge of operating policies and procedures which impact client services.
