岗位目标 :

1、协助制造工程师完成新产品的装配工艺开发

2、协助制造工程师对现有产品装配工艺的持续改进

3、协助制造工程师完成装配工的实际操作培训

岗位职责 :

1、熟悉所要负责产品的图纸和标准作业指导书。

2、支持制造工程师解决产品质量问题，并进行具体实施。

a、对现场质量问题作出快速反应

b、支持问题分析。

c、数据收集。

d、具体实施，跟改作业指导书。

3、间接材料的采购

a、决定装配过程使用的工具和设备的规格

b、按采购流程采购工具和设备

4、工程更改实施。

a、更新作业指导书。

b、更改现场工艺。

c、培训现场操作人员。

5、持续改进更改实施。

6、辅助工程师实施现场布局改进。

7、现场工时测量。

a、实施年度工时测量。

8、支持工程师进行新品试制。

a、现场布局准备。

b、现场物料准备。

c、协助现场工装调试。

背景 / 经验 :

1、三年以上装配技术工作经验。

2、较强的学习能力。

3、读懂图纸。

4、基本电脑操作，基本的电脑软件运用。

5、基本的英语阅读能力。
