Tasks & responsibilities

  • As an HR Recruiting Specialist you know your business by heart: You have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, starting from the successful alignment and planning of raised requisitions with the HR Business Partner and the Hiring Manager until hiring the candidate.

  • You are responsible for aligning the appropriate search strategy crafting and publishing the job ads at the internal and external job boards, as appropriate.

  • Specific recruiting processes for contingent workers and apprentices may lie within your responsibility as well.

  • You might also participate in projects within an environment that constantly strives for continuous improvements and uses targets to measure the service quality.

  • The active identification and contacting of candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening of incoming applications, conducting interviews with the candidates as well as the final negotiation of the contractual conditions are part of your daily job.

  • You are also accountable for answering candidates’ inquiries via phone, e-mail, and case management system.

About a future Boehringer Ingelheim employee:

You should fluently speak Italian (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) languages and have min. 2 years of experience in Recruiting.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation

  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization

  • Country-specific knowledge would be a plus

  • Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style

  • Expertise working with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow would be beneficial
