We are seeking enthusiastic bilingual team players to join our Absence Management, Short Term Disability (STD), and Long Term Disability (LTD) Group Disability Claims Teams as Disability Claims Specialists. In this fulfilling role, you'll work closely with an Associate Manager to deliver best in class disability case management and support the growth and development of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Trends: Evaluate audit scores to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure Fairness: Review appeals with careful attention to detail and fairness.
Deliver Training: Conduct impactful training sessions to equip new hires with the skills they need to succeed.

Required Qualifications:
A university degree in a relevant field.
Deep knowledge of disability products, processes, and best practices.
2-3 years of proven coaching, mentoring and talent developing.
Background in disability management, case management, health care related fields primarily.
Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
