SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for investigating inventory variances on a daily basis. Works directly with Operations and Purchasing to ensure inventory is correct and at the

REPORTS TO (Title) : Logistics Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cycle count reconciliation daily

• Status 92 and status 80 posting daily

• P/O reconciliation as requested by materials group

• Issuing and receiving items for Weldon inventory weekly

• Issue shortages as needed

• Work with materials/purchasing as requested to verify counts

• Inventory adjustments day to day as identified and verified outside cycle count process

• Investigate negative quantity locations weekly

• Maintain inventory levels for items not on BOM’s biweekly

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES:

• Computer skills required

• Ability to count accurately

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Stockroom or warehouse experience a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Typical factory environment
