Material Handler - Fitness Equipment Unloading
Join our team for a one-day project on November 21st, starting at 9pm until the job is finished! As a Material Handler, you'll be part of a team responsible for unloading fitness equipment at our client's facility. This is a single-day project with Kelly Services, offering a chance to make a quick and impactful contribution.
Location: Woodstock, GA
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Position Type: Temporary (One Day Assignment)
Schedule: November 21, 2024, 9pm until finish
Position Responsibilities:
Unload fitness equipment from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and team lifts.
Assist with the disassembly of equipment as needed.
Ensure all items are handled safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Remain focused on tasks without distractions (e.g., phone use).
Position Qualifications:
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and move heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
