Introduction:
This position is for BCD/Analog device design & process development. Solid understanding of BCD device fundamentals is essential. The candidate should take a lead role in design rule definition, test structure design, device development DOE and device characterization.
Your Job:
Define new CMOS device architectures and establish new technology design rules and test methodologies.
Design structures for device development and new test structures, and implement test methodologies.
Respond to technical queries from customers and interact with internal and external customers.
Guide and oversee the technical work of engineers and application engineers (AEs), and mentor and train engineers.
Lead and own technical device problem-solving and develop methodologies for continuous process and device improvements.
Design and characterize devices to meet performance and reliability standards, and integrate and optimize new devices with minimal impact on existing ones.
Collaborate with modeling engineers to create accurate device models and work with TCAD engineers to predict device split results.
Analyze E-Test data and characterization results in detail.
Collaborate with module engineers to adjust materials, dimensions, and stacks to improve device performance.
Innovate new methods for continuous process and device improvements.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Requirements:
Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics or equivalent
Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience (4 years with PhD) in technology development, device design, debugging and process integration in manufacturing environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
