Robert Half is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Managers to join our finance team and contribute to the continued success of our organization. Our available ongoing opportunities offer long term temp and temp-to-hire positions. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounts payable process. Your primary focus will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, adherence to company policies and procedures, and effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and driving process improvements within the accounts payable function. Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the accounts payable area.

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a high level of integrity.

· Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

· Experience in process improvement initiatives and implementation
