Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team for 12 weeks, contract only. This role involves processing data entry tasksand supporting operations as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing workload fluctuations efficiently.

• Accurately enter and maintain confidential data in company systems.

• Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Organize and manage electronic and physical records as needed.

• Communicate with internal teams to clarify and validate data.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

  Requirements

• Must possess strong Customer Service skills.

• • Previous experience in Data Entry is required.

• • Proficient in Email Correspondence.

• • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• • Organizing Files effectively is a key part of the role.

• • Ability to Perform Calculations accurately is needed.

• • Experience in Scanning documents and files is required.

• • Fast and accurate Typing skills are essential.

• • Familiarity with OnBase software is a plus.

• • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• • Experience with Electronic Records management is beneficial
