TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Wood Dale, Illinois
Description:
Customer Service
Email communication
Inbound/outbound calls
Updates systems with shipment information
Serves as the liaison between operations and vendors
Captures necessary documents to ensure timely customer service and supporting processes
Handles data entry for shipments obtained from customers
The ultimate goal is for the call center reps to be working 100% remote, however this will be once they are fully up and trained and able to work on their own which can take 3 months or longer.
-Training: They will start onsite for the first day and work onsite until they are trained and ready to go remote.
-Once the manager feels that they are ready they will be able to work 100% remote from home for the long term.
Candidates will need to have their own equipment/computer to work from home. Once they are a permanent employee they will get a equipment from RedSpeed
HOURS:
-Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service
1+ year in the logistics field (domestic)
Tracking & Tracing
