Honeywell Application/System Sales Engineer II in Wisconsin

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our organization by driving sales and promoting our applications and system solutions in the areas of fire, business automation systems, security, and HVAC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and identify new business opportunities to drive growth in the assigned market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Sales Incentive Eligible
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of technical related experience
Proven track record of success in sales engineering roles
Strong technical background in fire, business automation systems, security, and HVAC
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
