Our client in Winthrop is currently seeking a self-motivated individual with 1-2 years of accounting/invoicing experience to work as an Operations Admin Assistant! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Apply today!
Location: Winthrop, Maine – off Route 202
Schedule: M-F Days

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and maintaining the complete purchase order process by verifying inventory received against purchase orders and accurately entering inventory
• Maintaining the database for cycle count worksheets
• Processing invoices accurately
• Assisting and supporting the purchasing department as needed
Here’s what you need to apply:
• 1-2 years’ experience with accounting (invoicing)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
