Position Summary:

We are seeking a Bariatric Program Coordinator to provide administrative oversight and operational support to the Director of Operations . This role is integral in managing financial reporting, budgeting, product costs, marketing initiatives, patient tracking, and contract management. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and scheduling support groups and conducting pre/post-surgical follow-ups.

• Maintaining tracking systems, program statistics, and requirements for center recognition and certification .

• Supporting patient acquisition and outpatient service utilization .

• Managing Bariatric reporting distribution and participating in collaborative service line initiatives.

• Serving as the MBS Clinical Reviewer and contributing to program growth strategies.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree (required for licensure or registration).

• Prior experience in insurance processing and marketing .

• Healthcare experience is essential.

Licensure & Certification:

• Must be a licensed or registered healthcare professional .

• Accepted licenses are RN, LPN, RD, RT, RRT, MLT

• Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shifts)
