Job Title: Interior Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an Interior Technician to perform interior modifications and upgrades on corporate/business aircraft for our customers. You will be responsible for removing seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment. Additionally, you will inspect and repair installation brackets and related assemblies and install new seats, galleys, lavatories, panels, and more to complete the upgrade program. This role involves running new wiring from the flight deck to the E bay, through ceilings and sidewalls, and between seats. You will also remove and replace all seats, most sidewalls and bins, ceiling panels, raceways, parts of the galley, carpet, and cockpit seats, much of which will be replaced with new or updated materials. The wiring and testing will be handled by Avionics technicians, but the removal and replacement of these interior components and assemblies will be your responsibility.
Responsibilities
Remove seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment.
Inspect and repair installation brackets and related assemblies.
Install new seats, galleys, lavatories, panels, etc.
Run new wiring from the flight deck to the E bay and through ceilings and sidewalls.
Remove and replace all seats, sidewalls, bins, ceiling panels, raceways, parts of the galley, carpet, and cockpit seats.
Work from blueprints and use hand and power tools.
Essential Skills
2+ years of recent aircraft interiors removal and installation experience.
Experience working from blueprints.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Experience in aircraft interior finishing, repair, upholstery, cabinetry, and interior trim.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of aircraft interiors installation experience.
Airframe license preferred but not required.
Must have tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
