About our ITAD Business Unit:

Ingram MicroIT Asset Disposition (ITAD) is the leading provider of enterprise ITAD, on-site data destruction and e-waste recycling. Ingram Micro ITAD offers state-of-the-art solutions to address the return, refurbishment, repair and remarketing of technology products. Our services reduce the risk, cost and complexity of managing IT assets and consumer electronics in compliance with environmental and data security regulations.

About this Role:

We are looking for a Dynamic Sales Leader to lead our ITAD sales team. The team will include approximately 9 field based sales professionals. This position will be responsible for existing employees in addition to growing the sales team throughout the year. The leader will be an expert in the ITAD industry.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • Be an ITAD Subject Matter Expert ( SME)
  • 5 yrs managing people
  • Be metric and results driven
  • Excellent relationship leadership skills


Travel

Will travel to ITAD specific events, prospective or current customer sales meetings, and Ingram Micro leadership events. This can be up to 40% travel based on business growth and need.

Education/Experience:

A four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in the ITAD industry). Minimum of 5 years ITAD experience in both sales and people leadership.

Grade S13 / 60/40 split

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91, 300.00 - $155, 200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
