5. Nutrition Diagnosis: Utilize Nutrition Focused Physical Assessment to formulate accurate nutrition diagnoses and identify malnutrition.
6. Quality Improvement: Participate in department-based quality process improvement activities.

8. Timely Interventions: Based on nutrition risk levels and the Plan of Care, deliver timely interventions.
