With a steady growth in business, we are currently looking for an experiencedParts Sales/Customer Service Representativeto join our team.

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

• Take and respond to customer phone calls and emails with courtesy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Provides timely and accurate information to customer inquiries for parts pricing, availability, and order status.
• Monitor and interact with E-commerce sales
• Enter sales orders via ERP system
• Provide technical help on our full line of products via phone/email.
• Manage back ordered parts (dates, addresses, colors, etc.)
• Work with purchasing and production to ensure on time delivery of parts.
• Generates weekly and monthly parts sales reports for management.
• Proactively conduct calls to clients/customers
