The HR Administrator performs Human Resources related duties and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting, employment, payroll, employee relations, training, benefits and employment equity programs.

\ Duties Include:

  • Interviewing and coordination of temporary staffing.
  • Facilitation of new hire on-boarding, orientation, and training.
  • Auditing and maintenance of new hire employee files including the I-9 process.
  • Coordination of employee engagement events.
  • Providing assistance to HR team and all employees.
  • Assisting in maintenance of HR department systems and records.
  • Reviewing and processing HR department invoices.
