We are looking for a Custodian/Floor Maintenance Technician to play a key role in furthering our mission in our company.

Summary/Objective:\ Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Custodian/Floor Maintenance Technician will provide overall maintenance to facility including all general cleaning and upkeep. To fulfill mission statement.

Essential Functions:

• Offices and entryway: Empty trash daily, sweep and mop entryway, and vacuum entry and hallway daily, vacuum and dust office as requested. Dust and wash windows weekly.
• Bathrooms: All restrooms areas are to have floors swept and mopped, toilet cleaned, sinks and mirrors cleaned, sinks and mirrors cleaned daily and trash emptied as needed.
• Break rooms: Sweep and mop all floors daily. Clean and scrub tables and counters daily. Empty trash as needed. Clean microwave and wipe chairs when needed.
• Conference Room: Vacuum, dust, and empty trash as requested.
• Plant Area: Sweep aisles front and back in plant daily, sweep office as requested.
• Outside: Pick up trash weekly. Sweep entryways as needed.
• Custodial Room: Keep room neat and organized. Keep track of all supplies and equipment.
• Order and maintain supply inventory for area stores and any other company ran facilities.
• Reviews vendor pricing with Vice President of Industrial Services each year
