Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

The Enterprise Data Platform team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the enablement of Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities within our enterprise platform. This role is not focused on building models but rather on developing the infrastructure, tooling, and APIs that power GenAI applications at scale.

In this role , you will develop and maintain secure and scalable platform and applications, that will support our Generative AI platforms and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Key contributor in building GenAI infrastructure that supports capabilities like semantic search, prompt tooling, workflow orchestration, LLM gateway, and real-time response generation.

• Develop Python-based microservices and APIs, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise ecosystems.

• Provide technical leadership in GenAI system architecture and design, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

• Drive AWS cloud adoption by implementing best practices for cloud-based AI workloads.

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to enable AI-driven applications and services.

• Implement DevSecOps practices to maintain stability, security, and compliance in AI services.

• Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning and analysis, performance analysis activities

• Communication: Translate complex findings into understandable insights and present them to peers, leadership, and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python development, with hands-on experience in building microservices and APIs.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with hands-on experience in cloud architecture and deployment

• Experience in GenAI system design and architecture, with a focus on enablement, orchestration, and integration rather than model development

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus

• Familiarity with backend data systems such as Snowflake, Kafka, and data pipelines

• Strong problem-solving and system design skills, with experience in enterprise-scale AI implementations

• Experience with DevOps & MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Datadog, Prometheus)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required, along with a high technical competency to perform the needed responsibilities.

Pay Transparency

We are open to market-rate discussion for candidates with relevant GenAI platform experience. The typical salary range for this position is $160,000 - $ 193,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The typical salary range for this position is $140,000 - $ 161,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
