Description

Our client in Westborough is looking for a customer service representative to join their team! The customer service representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and responding to inquiries in regards to health plans, discussing eligibility, plan offerings, price points and more! Helping to make selections on what plan may be best for them and what is covered.

Where: Onsite- Westborough!

When: July 15th

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Duration: Contract to Hire

Pay: $18 p/hr

Requirements • Proficiency in performing data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Ability to handle switchboard operations, managing 1-10 phone lines

• Knowledge and understanding of health insurance policies and procedures

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role preferred

• Familiarity with medical benefits and related processes

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Demonstrated ability to work cohesively within a team as well as independently

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
