Description

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Accounting Manager for our client to oversee the general ledger month-end close process and operational accounting. This pivotal role requires a Bachelors degree (CPA preferred), along with at least 5 years of experience in a large corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the general ledger month-end close process with precision and timeliness.

• Supervise a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Utilize your advanced skills in ERP systems and Excel to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.

• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support key decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (CPA preferred).

• Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in corporate accounting.

• Previous supervisory experience demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.

• Expertise in large ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

  Requirements

• Possession of a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role or similar

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Strong understanding and experience in Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Proficiency in managing General Ledger

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations

• CPA certification would be an advantage
