Job Description Summary
As a Manufacturing Program Leader, you will provide leadership, planning and technical support for growing capacity to exceed super-premium x-ray tube (Quantix) demand. Establish budgets and plans that ensure all customer and program commitments are met in a timely, quality, and cost-conscious manner. Work with leadership team to maximize workforce capability and performance. Interface with counterparts to achieve program goals and integrate activities. Due to the variety of product quality initiatives, this program leader will also flex to support quality initiatives in addition to capacity growth. The primary focus area (but not limited to) is the x-ray tube-level processing department.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Define detail program objectives, and the plans required to achieve objectives to achieve capacity growth or other program objectives.
Drive equipment capacity growth from procurement through manufacturing release with support of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Teams
Ensure quality compliance activities are resourced and executed.
Team with functional leaders to identify and apply the necessary resources across the plant to achieve objectives. When necessary, reach out to other organizations to obtain any additional financial or headcount resources needed.
Set goals and objectives for the local team and assist in the evaluation of the team against these metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement proactively, drive actions through operating mechanisms.
Work with the facilities and maintenance team to implement change and ensure the required product capacity is in place before it is required by customer demand.
Maintain full regulatory compliance with EHS, FDA, OSHA and other legal requirements.
Budget and control expenses within operational plan (OP).
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, Material Science, or related technical degree and 3 years’ experience or graduation from a GE leadership program. Associates Degree and 5 years’ experience or High School diploma with 7 years of experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting.
