The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.
Deploy team members appropriately to meet guest's needs and service standards throughout a shift.
Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
Ensure team members handle all Guest concerns with a sense of urgency.
Candidates must be able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing.
Availability on weekends
Cash handling management
Must be able to lift 25+ pounds.
