Monmouth UniversityOffice Coordinator of Clinical PlacementsDepartment: Nursing DepartmentPosition Summary:Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Office Coordinator of Clinical Placements in the Nursing Department.The candidate would be expected to interact with faculty, students, and clinical agencies including sending correspondence to agencies regarding placements and coordinating affiliation agreements between the School and agencies; working with faculty, students, preceptors, clinical instructors, mentors, and the Office of the General Counsel, and assist the School in obtaining documentation from students who are going into clinical sites; collect immunization records, background checks, liability insurance, agency criteria, etc.; keep records for accreditation; document preceptor and clinical nursing supervisors resumes, licenses and certifications.This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.A full list of job duties is available at http://jobs.monmouth.edu.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dedicated team in a dynamic school that embraces innovative nursing and health professions education and celebrates diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility.
