We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator based in West Hollywood, California. The role is central to our IT operations, where you'll be expected to wear multiple hats, ranging from tech support and network engineering to IT management. This position is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, spanning both Mac OS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of our IT systems, including Mac OS and Windows platforms.

• Perform system administration tasks such as setting up accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system-wide software, and allocating mass storage space.

• Implement and manage network solutions, including Cisco routers and firewalls.

• Handle IT issues at all levels, from basic user support to complex system problems.

• Utilize skills in Active Directory, LAN, and Microsoft Office 365 to provide comprehensive technical support.

• Be well-versed in software such as JAMF Casper Suite, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Act as a point of contact for IT inquiries, providing expert advice and problem-solving support.

• Maintain and update firewall configurations, including Cisco Firewall and Palo Alto Firewall.

• Ensure the security of our IT systems, monitoring for potential threats or breaches.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in IT administration and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator

• Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Windows including MS Windows 10

• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 is essential

• Familiarity with LAN - Local Area Network and Cisco Routers

• Cisco CCNA and CCNA Technologies knowledge is a must

• Proficient in Firewall Configuration, Cisco Firewall, and Palo Alto Firewall

• Experience with JAMF Casper Suite is an advantage

• Knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro is beneficial

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
