Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and analyzing electrical systems for building construction projects, collaborating with other engineers and disciplines, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and design using AutoCAD and REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and engineer electrical systems for building construction projects.

• Collaborate with other engineers and disciplines using AutoCAD and REVIT.

• Conduct design calculations and code research.

• Discuss design concepts with clients and write/edit system specifications.

• Participate in project interviews and ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.

• Coordinate work with team members and cross-reference drawings with meeting notes.

• Create schematic, design development, and construction documents.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication and human relation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and construction.

• Ability to solve complex problems and make independent judgments.

• Commitment to quality and teamwork.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

• 5+ years of electrical building consulting experience.

• Experience with electrical engineering design in AutoCAD and REVIT (one or the other is acceptable).

• PE License (preferred but not required).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience within electrical engineering design in AutoCAD and REVIT.
