Overview We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Winder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for winding electric motors, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience with electrical systems, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Wind electric motors according to schematics and technical specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment repair techniques to ensure proper assembly and functionality of motors.
- Perform soldering tasks as needed for motor assembly and repair.
- Diagnose issues with electric motors and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to motor repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in electrical systems preferred.
- Experience in equipment repair or as a mechanic is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is essential.
- Previous experience in diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools related to motor winding and repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are critical for success in this role.

Pay: $44.21 - $47.00 per hour
