Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months,
Retention Bonus:
$500 after 1 year
Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:
Starch Blender Operator is responsible for the following duties, as outlined by his/her supervisor.
Blending adhesive, using correct ingredients and formula
Checking viscosity during blending process
Checking viscosity at respective machines
Checking Gel Point
Checking Temperature in TVC Coil
Communicating gel point and viscosity to supervisor
Weighing and documenting
Operation of waste-water treatment
Operator must follow all safety procedures for safe operation of Starch Mixer
Operator must keep work areas and surrounding areas neat and orderly.
Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
Operator must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout work shift
Baler Operator is responsible for the following duties, as outlined by his/her supervisor.
Weighing and documenting all scrap carts
Baling all scrap cart waste
Replacing all full scrap carts with empty carts
Operator will be required to secure forklift license and must follow all safety procedures for safe operation of a fork lift.
Operator must follow all safety procedures for safe operation of Hogger/Baler
Operator must keep work areas and surrounding areas neat and orderly.
Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
Operator must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout work shift

Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler
