The Bed Bug Technician\'s role is learning how to deliver timely, safe, and effective home services for each established and new customer. This includes completing recurring inspections to ensure continued service effectiveness and to communicate effectively with customers before and after services are performed to advise them of findings and recommendations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Deliver timely, safe, and effective home services for each assigned customer (both established and new) Complete recurring inspections to ensure continued service efficacy, and identify/document any concerning conditions Advise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions/benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-ups Maintain safe and clean vehicle/equipment, and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet service needs Maintain proactive schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventions Satisfactorily complete initial technical training and participate in regular update training to stay current with proven methods and practices First 1-2 months as Trainee: complete training, certifications, & licensing What do you need? High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to successfully obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations Maintain a valid driver\'s license Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure - using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Must successfully meet pre-employment background screen Must possess a valid driver\'s license from the state of residence and pass a motor vehicle record search Physical demands: Moving up to 20 lbs. by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or...
