Local Routes, Great Pay & Home Every Night! Hiring now in Waterloo, IA for early first shift, Monday through Friday. Guaranteed 40 hrs + OT every week.

Looking for steady work, competitive pay, and excellent benefits while being home every night? Join our team and enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with an early first shift starting around 4:30 to 5:00 a.m. (usually 8-10hr shifts).

What You’ll Do

  • Transport bulk and packaged industrial, specialty, and food-grade chemicals to essential industries on local routes.

  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT regulations, and ensure compliance with company safety policies.

  • Work consistent hours with predictable routes and no overnights.

What You Need

  • CDL A license with Tanker and HazMat endorsements and a clean driving record.

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations with the ability to pass a company-paid pre-employment drug test and physical.

  • Must be clean-shaven (lip line down) for PPE compliance (in case a respirator is ever needed)
