CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support the Civil Rights Division (CRT) of the DOJ. This role involves providing outreach support to litigative consultants within the Division, coordinating contract modifications, and assessing security safeguards.
Please Note: This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days onsite in Washington, DC. Candidates must reside in the Washington, DC metro area.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have government or commercial production experience in full stack solution development and implementation, utilizing one or more of the following technology stacks:
ServiceNow : MUST HAVE : Experience with solutions where limited computation customization is needed, with the potential for public-facing applications in the future.
Power Apps Suite and Backend Data Store : Proficient with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SQL Server, and SharePoint Online.
Cloud.gov Extensions : Skilled in developing or extending for public or future public-facing systems using Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, CI/CD, GitHub, and JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with government staff and senior management to define functional and design requirements, system design, programming specifications, data elements, validation specifications, data capture mechanisms, and data conversion procedures.
Translates functional requirements into detailed system designs suitable for the development of computer programs.
Prepares and presents findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
Works with government and contractor staff to ensure clarity of task objectives, identifies potential issues, and recommends improvements.
Performs full stack development and implementation for customization, including SQL Server, SharePoint, and web-based application development, maintenance, and support for corporate intranet and application systems .
Develops, maintains, and supports web-based applications for corporate intranet and application systems.
Engages with stakeholders and requirements analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Designs and develops SQL Server database structures and related processes.
Collaborates closely with other programmers to generate code for web applications.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of related experience.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: ServiceNow, Power Apps Suite and backend data stores ( Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint Online), or Cloud.gov extensions (Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, CI/CD, GitHub, JavaScript).
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Strong analytical skills to translate system requirements into cohesive system designs.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in automated litigation support is highly desirable.
Undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology is strongly preferred.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
