Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects- Real Estate and Facilities Project Manager, ANS in Washington, District Of Columbia
THE WORK:
You'll manage finances, cost engineering, environmental considerations, regulatory requirements, and labor coordination for complex Real Estate & Facilities projects.
You'll develop and execute comprehensive plans for interior updates and staff relocation schedules for Real Estate & Facilities projects including change management.
You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define real estate project requirements and ensure alignment.
You'll provide project status updates, lead stakeholder meetings, and present detailed reports.
You'll be responsible for overall project performance, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
You'll review contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
You'll lead and coach project teams while ensuring adherence to best practices and safety regulations.
You'll coordinate work scope with multiple teams, including contractors, to drive project success.
Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
9-12 years of real estate project management experience
PMP Certification
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Supervisory experience leading project teams
Experience with structural upgrades and environmental considerations
Knowledge of OSHA safety policies and high-risk operations
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience managing large-dollar projects and working with high-risk environments
Business acumen and ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
