THE WORK:

• You'll manage finances, cost engineering, environmental considerations, regulatory requirements, and labor coordination for complex Real Estate & Facilities projects.

• You'll develop and execute comprehensive plans for interior updates and staff relocation schedules for Real Estate & Facilities projects including change management.

• You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define real estate project requirements and ensure alignment.

• You'll provide project status updates, lead stakeholder meetings, and present detailed reports.

• You'll be responsible for overall project performance, ensuring scope, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

• You'll review contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.

• You'll lead and coach project teams while ensuring adherence to best practices and safety regulations.

• You'll coordinate work scope with multiple teams, including contractors, to drive project success.

• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 9-12 years of real estate project management experience

• PMP Certification

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Supervisory experience leading project teams

• Experience with structural upgrades and environmental considerations

• Knowledge of OSHA safety policies and high-risk operations

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Experience managing large-dollar projects and working with high-risk environments

• Business acumen and ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
