The role
The Senior Expert HR Business Partner for Software & Cloud is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees within SoftwareOne for parts of the Software and Cloud business within Services. The P&C BP acts as a consultant to business Leaders on human resources-related topics and successfully acts as sparring partner and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The P&C BP builds effective relationships and partnerships across and outside the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
This position will manage the whole spectrum of employee engagement, retention, development and performance.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
Support and advise line managers in the management and development of their direct reports
Integrate new international HR processes in the local unit
Monitor trends and development in the HR/Competency Development field to support the company’s business approach and link with learning organization initiatives
Consult with the Management Team and all other employees on Employment Law, HR Policies, HR Processes, Compensation, etc.
Maintain collaboration with external local HR & payroll partner for:
HR policy guidance according with local law
preparing monthly timesheet for payroll calculation
medical, certificates, salary certificate, pay slip etc
Implement employment policies and procedures relevant to the local and global needs
Ensure up to date and accurate statistics are maintained
Participate in national and international HR projects
Provide performance management expertise and assistance to sustain the highest quality workforce
Coach line management and cultivate appropriate development solutions to raise skills and productivity
Review career structures for developmental purposes (e.g. Performance reviews, talent assessment, succession planning based on future potential)

Significant experience in HRBP within an international fasted paced customer driven environment
Demonstrate problem solving and analytical capability
Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resources
High dependability: Be there to support the business
Decision Making/Complex Problem Solving: Proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources; conducts root cause analysis; refers to long term plans and goals; acts decisively, promptly and confidently; complex analysis
with complex problem solving and analysis using analytical methods,
Experience especially in a multicultural and multi-location environment
Proven presentation and communication skills
Very good English - C1
Proficiency in Polish
