Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and ASE Certified Auto Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle engine systems, including electrical and electronic systems

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on vehicles

• Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards

• Replace or repair parts and components as needed

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification in Automotive Repair

• Proven experience as an Auto Technician or in a similar role

• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

• Valid driver's license
