Real Estate Associate - Warrington, PA

Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Bucks County (Warrington), PA office for a Real Estate Associate. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of general real estate law experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• The ideal candidate will have a background in all types of real estate transactional work, including purchase/sale transactions, leasing, financing, closing documents and development documentation.

• Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions preferred.

• Experience in land use is helpful, but not required.

• An excellent academic record and strong writing skills are required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.

Visual Acuity

• Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
