Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Food & Food Processing industry, located in Warren, Ohio, United States. This role is for a Software Developer who will be an integral part of our Information Technology team. The Software Developer will lead the way for extended use of web platforms for both internal and externally facing web applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serving as the senior-most developer on our Innovation team and influencing platform and architecture decisions.

• Collaborating with other developers and management to establish technology and design standards for web development that support organizational goals.

• Leading major initiatives and working with platform and application owners.

• Engaging in hands-on development within multiple web projects.

• Recommending and leading R& D efforts for applications as well as the development tools/environment.

• Mentoring other developers on advanced technologies and skills, including C#, ASP.NET, and Angular. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience as a Software Developer in the Food & Food Processing industry.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# - Sharp, ASP.NET, and Angular is necessary.

• Demonstrable experience in designing, building, testing, and maintaining software systems.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies is beneficial.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle models.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning new technologies.

• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
