What you'll do

As a Full-Stack Developer within the Customer Success Innovation Development Team at IES Services & Engagement Solutions Engineering, your role encompasses a dynamic range of responsibilities:

Communication and Collaboration: Actively participate in daily Scrum Meetings to stay aligned with project goals and progress. Collaborate closely with the development team to comprehend tool requirements, provide valuable input, and ensure clear communication within the international team.

Tool Development and Enhancement: Familiarize yourself with the development processes of prototypes and tools for services related to SAP's cloud solutions. Engage in software design, development, and implementation within a cloud environment.

Technology Contribution: Contribute to software development using a range of technologies, including Generative AI, Node.js, React.js, SAP UI5, SAP CAP, and JavaScript. Demonstrate strong programming and debugging skills, addressing challenges effectively and fostering innovation through the integration of SAP's cutting-edge technologies.

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science

Preferred Fields of Study: A background in Computer Science or Business Information is preferred, providing a strong foundation for the technical and business aspects of the role.

Computer Skills: Showcase your proficiency in a range of technologies, including but not limited to Node.js, React.js, SAP UI5, SAP CAP, and JavaScript. Your ability to adapt to new technologies and coding languages will be a valuable asset.

Language Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English language skills, as effective communication is key within our international team.

Soft Skills: Highlight your soft skills that contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment. Whether you are a team player, an expert in organizing tasks, a creative thinker, or have a geeky passion for specific technologies, these attributes will enrich our team dynamics.

Others: Share any relevant work experience or projects that showcase your practical application of development skills. While prior work experience is beneficial, a strong enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude are equally important.

Meet your team

The mission of IES Services & Engagement Solutions Engineering is to provide best-in-class tools for Customer Success.

As part of the Customer Success Innovation Development Team, you will be working in an international team with 15 different nationalities working as a team and with contacts to the delivery units of the Customer Success Group and many other SAP cross-units.

To serve our customers effectively and efficiently we are aiming to increase delivery capabilities by intelligent tools. These tools are using all of SAPs innovations, such as Machine Learning, Fiori, Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) on Node.js and are built on SAP Cloud Platform or SAPs internal Infrastructure.

If you would like to see and understand the lifecycle of development of a product, this is a good opportunity to join our incubator team, no matter the level of your development skills, we will drive you and help you on your Full Stack learning journey assigning you a Senior Mentor and putting in practice through our Agile Delivery Unit and methodology.
