Job Description

ThePayroll Commissions Associateplays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely calculation, processing, and recording of employee commission data. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, as the Associate will be responsible for compiling commission structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining financial accuracy in commission-related records. Ideal candidates will have a background inAccounting or Finance, with experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. This requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong numerical and problem-solving skills to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Payroll Associate - Commissions

  • Compile and calculate employee commission information for weekly processing

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate the processing of commissions

  • Calculate monthly and quarterly sales related incentives

  • Maintain accurate and detailed commission records in Excel and commissions system

  • Generate reports relating to commissions as well as data entry work related to maintaining proper records

  • Address and resolve commission related inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with additional reporting and commissions related projects as needed

    Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of Accounting or Finance experience preferred

  • Salesforce experience preferred

  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Excel*

  • Familiarity with commissions software a plus

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Consistent thoroughness/attention to detail

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills

  • Proficient communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
