Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Deputy Manager - Health Solutions to join our team in Ho Chi Minh .

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service excellence of Aon Care deliverables by all parties to the arrangement (Aon, insurers and TPA);

  • Act as the relationship contact between insurers and TPA under Aon Care;

  • Govern service performance of the insurer and appointed TPA under Aon Care;

  • Act as the point of escalation for the Aon Client Relations Team on all Aon Care related deliverables;

  • Collaborate effectively across departments and organization

  • Alignment to departmental and organizational vision and goals, and embrace and execute organizational changes;

  • Constantly review and improve the work streams among Aon, insurers and Aon Care TPA to enhance the productivity and quality of service rendered to end users;

  • Monitor performance of insurer and TPA under Aon Care and ensure SLAs are being met, and mediate escalations between the insurers and Aon Care TPA;

  • Review SLAs and make recommendations for changes where necessary, with the aim of enhancing user experience;

  • Facilitate in the launch of new initiatives / technology / products & services under the Aon Care program

    Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • University graduates

  • Good customer relation skills

  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.

  • Self-disciplined and organised

  • Strong interpersonal skills –effective communicator across organisational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Good skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
