Teleion is Looking for a Supplier Relationship Program Manager to Join our Team!

Job Description:

Seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service for Client’s Supplier Relationship Management team. This role will project manage initiatives around analyzing spend compliance, implementing global spend optimization projects, tracking cost savings, and governance of cost management. It will also need to navigate ambiguity as they work cross-functionally, advise on sourcing best practices, write business documents to present to clients, and build relationships across multiple teams in order to drive supplier accountability. Additional expectations include: manage ongoing administrative and operational tasks, create documentation (SOPs and guides), and maintain content on wiki pages. In this role, the individual is able to prioritize work, proactively solve issues, and take initiative in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision. Looking for an individual that can work both independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively through listening, writing, and communication skills with an attention to detail

• Takes initiative to pursue solutions, maintain a level of curiosity, and assist team members with ad hoc tasks

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients Support improvement of the customer experience for the client’s Supplier Relationship Management team

• Hold client’s suppliers accountable for vendor management, spend compliance, and cost savings programs

• Specifically focusing on reporting on cost savings, analyzing spend optimization, and implementing continuous improvement project

  Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier performance management

• Experience with supplier management, RFPs, negotiations, supply chain initiatives, and/or driving cost savings

• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Smartsheet, and/or Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight)

• Experience providing excellent customer service within a professional setting

• Ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced, high volume, environment, with minimal supervision

• Demonstrates ownership by taking initiative to identify challenges, pursuing solutions, driving tasks to completion, and closing communication loops

• Maintains a level of curiosity and assists team members with ad hoc tasks

• Ability to effectively listen, write, and communicate with a high level of attention to detail

• Manages projects effectively even while navigating ambiguity and working with multiple teams

• Fluency with process mapping, documenting workflows, and writing Standard Operating Procedures

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

• Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word

  Desired Skills:

• Supplier Management experience (relationships, costs, performance, initiatives, etc)

• SRM Tool experience

• Creating reports and dashboards

  Salary: $70,000-$110,000
