This role pays between $95,000 to $140,000 depending on experience.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

TheSr. SAP Analytics and Reporting Developerisresponsibleforreporting analytics solutions focused on managing data integrity, aggregating, reconciling, and integrating data from multiple data sources (SAP and Non-SAP) into reporting platform with industry best practices to enable informed decision-making capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) functionalities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

In this role, the candidate must have technical hands-on experience in designing, building, and integrating SAP processes.

Successful candidate for this job must have a strong knowledge of:

  • Expertisein developing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, including data modeling, story creation, and dashboard development, with experience in delivering end-to-end SAC solutions.

  • Understanding of SAP's Analytics Cloud technology landscape and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

  • Experience designing, delivering, and planning solutions for advanced analytics

  • Design, develop, andoptimizeSAP HANA data models, views, and analytical applications to meet business requirements.

  • Hands-on experience withSAP Datasphere,SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA SQL, OData Services, and CDS Views.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling,Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for efficient data integration and analysisan SAP data dictionary objects, data modeling, and database concepts

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • EnsureFreshRealmleverages SAP Analytics Cloud to its fullest potential, driving data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud.

  • UseSAP Analytics Cloud to design, develop, test, and implement innovative and efficient solutions.

  • Demonstratedhigh levelof analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide support for SAP-related issues, resolving functional issues promptly.

  • Work directly with SAP on a technical level to solve application issues.

  • Investigate complex SAP notes, understand potential system impact, and work withFunctionaland BASIS resources to applyappropriate notes.

  • Conduct Technical unit testing of the developed objects/solution and provide full life cycledocumentation.

  • Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiplefunctions.

  • Interact and communicate effectively with all technical and functionalteams.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Skills and Requirements

  • 8+ years of SAP experience.

  • Participation in at least one complete cycle of SAP implementations.

  • At least8years of relevant experience in delivering enterprise business solutions.

  • At least8years ofSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)or SAP BWdevelopment experience

  • Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA is highly desired.

Experience / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or an equivalent combination of coursework anddemonstrateddirect job experience.

  • Experience with projects integrating SAP to cloud platforms.

  • Experience working with remote teams and matrixed reporting environments.

  • Knowledge and experience inwholesale, consumer, and retail channels and integrating those into an SAP ERP platform.

  • Experience with integration e-commerce and other SaaS consumer platforms is a plus.

  • Experience working with business intelligence and data analytics teams

  • Previousexperience working in the consumer goods or food industry is highly preferred.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.  We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
