Under general direction, the Plant Operations Services Manager is responsible for:
Leading and Developing Plant Operations Services Team and Pillar.
Managing all aspects of Plant Operations Services, including business plan development and implementation, product line growth, and broader Plant Operations Services team training on executing for Plant Operations Services engagements.
Primary subject matter expert for Plant Operations Services globally.
Conducting Plant Operations Services engagements, write reports, and review other team member reports.
Supporting – Depending on need & situation, this role needs to partner with all Crown sales team members to evaluate opportunities vs. technical/capability feasibility. Partner with Engineering, and Supply Chain as needed to enable execution and delivery of projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with sales to identify, propose, and sign up customers for Plant Operations Services Assessments and Analysis.
Manage growth of product line (revenue & EBITDA) thru execution of the business plan
Train broader sales team in Plant Operations Services strategy and value proposition
Perform facility Assessments and Analysis to improve customer facility performance in yields and OpEx efficiency, improved maintenance, safety, and asset integrity & reliability.
Work with Field Services teams to execute recommended improvements. This work will be conducted across all of Crowns processing capability areas (Extraction, Preparation, Specialty, Refining, and SPC).
Review processes to improve efficiency and implement when needed.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years related experience

Cross functional communication
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating value for customers, and driving operational excellence within areas of responsibility.
Strong Microsoft office skills.
Self manages; takes initiative and able to collaborate across geographies and functions in a matrixed environment.
Strong Communication skills providing presentations to Customer Facility Leadership teams both orally and in writing.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
High integrity and ethics.
Able to read, analyze, and interpret contracts.
Ability to travel on need basis – domestically or internationally and up to 50% of the time.
