OVERVIEW

Cadrex is seeking a Director who will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across all regions. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performing teams and processes to help measure and deliver profitable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management within the manufacturing sector and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure a high success rate with best-fit RFQ’s/opportunities

• Recruit, hire, develop, mentor, lead and manage the sales team

• Help to develop marketing strategies that align with the Strategic Roadmap

• Facilitate regularly occurring sales reviews with the sales team and company leadership

• Develop annual sales plans that identify key activities and goals and analyze data to compare sales goals with actual sales

• Recommend new strategies and business opportunities for growth

• Work with Program Management team to ensure line of sight to potential new opportunities with existing customers and provide line of sight to PM’s to new logo’s in the pipeline

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and internal teams

• Create a sales budget (forecasts/revenue/volume) for key customers and hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting those goals

• Create, modify and deliver platform presentations with a high level of skill

• Monitor competitiveness by gathering information on pricing, delivery schedules, quality, etc.

• Coordinate new product, process development, technology research and NPI process development Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure efficient movement of prospects through the pipeline stages.

• Track and analyze key metrics, including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and goal achievement

• Collaborate with the team on process enhancements to streamline sales operations

• Manages production pipeline from opportunity award to production

• Manage the contracting process, including accurate contract creation and tracking within the CRM system

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and data pipeline data

• Maximize utilization of sales enablement systems and tools

• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements

• Manage the sales pipeline metrics and reporting for the CCO

• Run the sales process across the enterprise with appropriate controls and metrics

• Implement Organizational Cross-Selling Strategy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

? 10+ years of progressive experience in a variety of sales roles of increasing responsibility, with 3+ years of national accounts experience

? Experience leading a team of sales professionals, setting goals and incentives, managing performance

? Significant portion of a career spent in industrial or manufacturing businesses

? Direct experience with small to middle market companies

? Direct experience implementing systems, processes, tools, and programs in an industrial / manufacturing setting

? Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems

? Excellent communication and leadership abilities EDUCATION

? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
