FreshRealmis seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our People & Culture team. The HRIS Analyst will play acrucial role in managing andoptimizingFreshRealm’sHumanCapitalManagement platform, Dayforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, data analysis, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure various Dayforce modules to meet business requirements, including, but not limited to: HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Engagement and Learning
Configure HRIS workflows, forms, and reports based on organizational needs
Manage the internal ticketing system, ensuringtimelytracking and resolution of incoming requests
Evaluate and test new functionality included in Dayforce releases
Test and trouble-shoot Dayforce integrations
Document peopleprocessesand proactively recommend improvements
Create and conduct audit procedures to ensure data integrity
Generate customized reports and dashboards to support business leaders in making data-driven decisions
Participate in cross-functional projects and other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Skills and Requirements
Proficiencywith HCM platforms, Dayforce preferred
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings,challengesand solutions to stakeholders
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles
Ability to build credibility with business leaders and cross-functional partners throughout the organization
Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Positive outlook and eagerness to learn and assume additionalresponsibilities
Confidentiality and integrity
Experience / Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, InformationTechnologyor related field preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
