Shake Shack Facilities Operations Services Administrator in United States
Job Summary
The Facilities Operations Services Manager will be an integral part of the strategy to support our Shacks facilities program needs. The position will support the Facilities team by managing facilities operational programs across domestic Shacks. The operational programs include janitorial & cleaning services, landscaping, snow removal and other similar programs. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be organized, detail oriented, excel in multitasking, hospitality driven, solutions driven, and proficient in communicating across a matrix of customers.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Establish operations services needs matrix by Shack
Establish guidelines and protocols for operational services that are easily communicated to our Shacks; including basic scope, frequency/schedule, communication/escalation protocol
Aligning vendors to provide operational services per the agreed to needs matrix
Ensure that budgetary expectations are met per Shack
Establish a feedback mechanism and vendor evaluation tool kit to assess vendor performance
Develop communication tools with Shack Operations to ensure vendor services are meeting expectations
Develop a bench of additional vendors
Systematically RFP new vendors as the need arises
Develop onboarding tools for new vendors
Leverage CMMS platform for all vendor work including Purchase Orders and Invoices
Develop strategies to lower cost and improve performance
Ability to provide 24/7/365 support if needed
Support our Shacks by delivering consistent, quality operational services that are seamless to our Operations
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail, multi-tasking, commitment to accuracy, and aptitude for problem-solving
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in CMMS platforms
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable with feedback and a matrix of changing needs
Requirements - Education, Experience, Physical, and Competencies
Education Requirements
Associates Degree with Bachelor's Degree preferred
Education or Certificate Details
Degree in Hospitality, Project Management, Business, Asset Management, Real Estate or Related Field
Work Experience
2-4 years
Supervisory Experience
Not Applicable
Related Experience
At least 2-4 years’ experience in project administration, hospitality, or project management coordination
Experience with managing regional or national operational program services
Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Precise hand/eye coordination
Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
Operation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles
Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 10 lbs.
Climbing and working in awkward and cramped positions

Pay Range - $54,830.00 - $88,265.00 *The salary paid to a successful applicant will depend on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, business needs and resources, and the candidate’s location.
