ATI Physical Therapy Compliance Analyst - Healthcare Administration in Virtual, United States

Overview

The Compliance Analyst supports the mission of the Compliance Department by ensuring that all staff are appropriately licensed and free from sanctions/exclusions. In addition, the Compliance Analyst plays an important role in assisting the overall function of compliance by assisting with regulatory requirements and assisting in identifying areas where auditing, monitoring, training, or education may be necessary for ATI staff.

This is a remote position. Occasional travel to ATI locations.

What you bring to be successful/qualifications:

  • Experience in compliance, auditing, healthcare administration, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and licensing requirements, particularly in healthcare or similar industries.

  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct license verifications for professional staff and perform sanctions/exclusion checks of all staff.

  • Manage the processing and renewal of facility licenses to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Provide support for Compliance Department functions including, but not limited to; signage, investigative checklist process, review of state specific certifications, etc.

  • Assist in performing auditing and monitoring activities under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer or Director of Auditing/Monitoring.

  • Assist in conducting training/education of identified compliance risk areas.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare

Minimum Experience

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and licensing requirements, particularly in healthcare or similar industries.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Strong team player

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address compliance risks

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting training and collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
